Residence Trafick is located near Eden shopping mall, only 14 minutes walking from EDEN Stadium and 5.5km from Old Town Square. It offers free WiFi on the entire property. The house was newly built in 2018.

Fully equipped studios and apartments are air-conditioned and provide a flat-screen satellite TV, WiFi, coffee machine, a hairdryer, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and a safe.
